AEROBICS CLASSES

AERO KICKBOXING
This class sets basic boxing and kickboxing moves to music. Work on strength, endurance, balance and coordination without physical contact for an intense workout.

ABS CLASS
15/30 minutes power packed abdominal conditioning class that shapes and strengthen your abdominal and lower back , too.

CROSS TRAINING
Don’t have much time? Come and get a balanced, effective and efficient workout. This class incorporate all three components of fitness ( cardio, strength and flexibility) in one hour.

FINAL CUTS
A  class that strengthen your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your muscle groups. Using barbells and your choice of hand weights plus a great music and an awesome instructor will inspire you to get results.

FITNESS YOGA
This class is a mix of beginner, intermediate and advance poses. Different variations and progression of poses offered to accommodate participants of all levels that will challenge your strength, balance and flexibility while still emphasizing relaxation and mind and body connection.

GROOVY STEP
Traditional step patterns, between each step pattern, you’ll get a fun “jam session”.  A great place to start if you are new to step or just want to work hard without complicated step patterns.

LATIN AERO
If you enjoy shaking and moving your hips to a Latin beat, you’ll love this workout. Suitable for all levels.

POWER STEP
Using a height-adjustable step, an energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated. You’ll challenge your mind and your body while burning calories, with this fun and challenging choreography

SPINNING
An indoor-cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Discover your athlete within sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

STEP RINGSIDE
Very much of a cardio workout . A mix of kickboxing and step moves in a full hour of calorie-burning routines.

TONE & ABS/ HIPS, THIGHS & ABS
Hand weights, tubes, medicine balls and more will help you strengthen and tone all major muscles in your body, increase metabolism and improve flexibility with an extended stretch.

WEIGHTS & ABS
Warm up your muscles and work the whole body using free weights followed by abdominal exercises to complete a wonderful workout.

KIDS AERO
Let your kids march, dance, hop, jog and wiggle around. They will be sweating in this full hour of fun and exciting workout. They will never notice they’re exercising already.
