Spa opening time
The Spa Aquatonic offers facilities for both men and ladies.
For any enquiries or information regarding the spa, please contact the spa by dialing extension 6850 / 6851 for in-house guests and for outside guest, call 1848111 or email aquatonic@crowneplaza.com.kw

Reservations
Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your preferred time.

Arrival for your spa treatment
In order for us to provide our guests with a consultation and prepare for you visit, ensuring your treatment commences on time, we suggest that you please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Consultation
To enable our staff to determine your individual needs and to advise on the best selection of treatments, our staff will conduct a personal consultation, where they can also customize your spa journey to address any special needs you may have.

When using the spa facilities
If you wish to take sometime to unwind and use the spas facilities such as steam and sauna or just relax in our tranquil surroundings before your treatment, we advise you to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your booking.

Personal belongings
At Spa Aquatonic we provide lockers in our changing rooms for your personal use; however we advise that you leave all your jewelry and other valuable items at home or in your hotel room safe, prior to visiting the spa as we are not responsible for any damage, loss or stolen items.

For our gentleman visitors
To ensure the best possible results relating to our male selection of facial treatments, we advise all our male guests to shave.

Spa clothing
For the comfort of all our guests, the spa will provide all the necessary clothing you will need during your visit.
Towels, slippers, robes, Thai massage pyjamas and disposable underwear for body treatments.

Comfort
Our professional staff has been specially trained in draping techniques to ensure your total comfort and privacy during all treatments. We request that all guests take a shower prior to arrival.

Spa environment
To maintain a tranquil environment for all our spa guests to enjoy, we ask that all mobile phones are switched off prior to entering the spa reception. Please note that smoking is not permitted within the spa area.

Health tips / Spa considerations
In preparation for your spa visit we suggest you do not eat at least one hour prior to having any massage or body treatments or using the Aquatonic pool. We also suggest you leave the massage oil on your body for at least 4 to 6 hours prior to showering after a treatment. It is also highly recommended not to sunbath after any oil massage.

Home care
To continue your spa treatments at home we offer a wide selection of homecare products in our spa boutique which our staff will be happy to advise you on. We also offer a variety of specially selected gift items for your family or friends or simply for you.

Gift Vouchers
These can be used to purchase any of our retail items, spa products or spa treatments and packages. Gift vouchers make a wonderful gift for a loved one or friend.

Cancellations
Please notify the spa 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation fee of 100% for full payment of services will apply if the spa is not notified within this time.

No shows
If you do not turn up for you spa booking, 100% of the treatment cost will apply.

Late arrivals
If you are running late, it is advisable to inform the spa and every effort will be made to provide you with the full time of the treatment. However, in the event of other bookings following, your treatment may be shorted and full payment will be required.
In the event we do not hear from you the booking will be kept open for 15 minutes.

Payment requirements
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Spa Aquatonic gift certificates or you may charge to your room if you are an in house guest.

Children
For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the spa, salon or Aquatonic pool.

Aquatonic Pool
Our Aquatonic pool is a therapeutic water treatment and our members and guests are advised to use the various zones in the suggested order. Vigorous swimming, jumping and diving are strictly not allowed. For health reasons, each visit is limited in time. Instructions by life guards must be followed at all times.
