JEAN ALAIN PATRICK – NEW CHEF AT THE NOUKHAZA RESTAURANT OF CROWNE PLAZA KUWAIT

The management of the Crowne Plaza Kuwait is proud to announce the joining of Chef Jean Alain Patrick as the new chef taking charge of the Al Noukhaza restaurants of the hotel. With more than 20 years of experience and expertise in the hospitality and dining sector, he has held several positions all the around the world at reputed establishments, the latest was the Hilton Hotel in Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.

 

Chef Patrick has also won the first place the Black Box Contest for the Best Chef, when the competition was held in the Mauritius Island. He expressed his joy on returning to Kuwait after a period of absence, promising all seafood lovers fresh varieties and novel concepts of seafood in the days to come.

 

The management of the Crowne Plaza Kuwait wishes Chef Jean Alain Patrick all the very best in his new ventures, looking forward to all the changes and new additions that he will bring about to the restaurants of Al Noukhaza

 

Having opened the first branch of the seafood restaurant within the hotel, it soon became a popular outlet with its traditional Kuwaiti décor and the fresh choices of seafood variety available to the people. This led to the opening of more branches at Abu Halifa and Multaqa Shaab. With the live display of fish and lobster and the extensive buffet open to the customers, the Al Noukhaza restaurant is the preference for any seafood lover.
