Spa Aquatonic is open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.

CONSULTATION
Our staff will conduct a personal consultation on your arrival to determine your individual needs, advise you on the best selection of treatments and customize your spa journey accordingly.

ARRIVAL FOR YOUR SPA TREATMENT
In order for our staff to provide you with a consultation and prepare you for your visit it would be prudent for you to arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure your treatment can commence on time.

WHEN USING THE SPA FACILITIES
If you wish to take some time to unwind and use the spa facilities such as steam and sauna or just to relax in our tranquil surroundings before your treatment, we advise you to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your booking (members only).

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
At Spa Aquatonic we provide lockers in our changing rooms for your personal use; however, we advise that you leave all your jewellery and other valuable items at home or in the safety deposit box in your hotel room as we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged, lost or stolen within Spa Aquatonic.
For the comfort of all our guests, the spa will provide all the necessary clothing you will need during your visit: towels; slippers; robes; Thai massage pyjamas; disposable underwear for body treatments.

COMFORT
Our professional staff have been specially trained in draping techniques to ensure your total comfort and privacy during all treatments. We respectfully request that all guests shower prior to arrival.

SPA ENVIRONMENT
To maintain a tranquil environment for all our spa guests to enjoy, we ask that all mobile phones are switched off before entering the Spa reception. Please note that smoking is not permitted within the Spa area.

HEALTH TIPS / SPA CONSIDERATIONS
In preparation for your Spa visit, we suggest you do not eat at least one hour prior to having any massage or body treatments or using the Aquatonic pool. We also suggest you leave the massage oil on your body for at least 4 to 6 hours after a treatment. It is highly recommended not to sunbathe after any oil massage treatments.
All gentlemen receiving facial treatments are advised to shave beforehand to ensure the best possible results.

HOME CARE
To continue your spa treatments at home, or simply just to pamper yourself, we offer a wide selection of homecare products in our Spa Boutique which our staff will be happy to advise you on. We also offer a variety of specially selected gift items for your family or friends.

GIFT VOUCHERS
A wonderful gift for anyone, these can be redeemed against any of our spa treatments, spa products or retail items.

CANCELLATIONS
Please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation fee of 100% of the full treatment cost will apply if the spa is not notified within this time.
NO SHOWS
In the event you do not turn up for you spa appointment, 100% of the full treatment cost will apply.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late, it is advisable to inform the spa and every effort will be made to provide you with the full time of the treatment. However, if there are other bookings following, your treatment may be shortened and full payment will be required.
In the event we do not hear from you, the booking will be kept open for 15 minutes.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Spa Aquatonic Gift Certificates or you may charge to your room if you are an in-house guest.

CHILDREN
For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 18 years are not allowed in Spa Aquatonic.
