Serves local and international seafood dishes and with a large fresh fish display. Opened in 1995 and has a seating capacity of 120 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 125 in Abu Halifa opposite Alia & Ghalia towers and 114 in Multaqa Al Shaab, next to Al Shaab Park along the Gulf Road.

Ayam Zaman Lebanese Restaurant
Serves traditional Lebanese food, fresh baked bread and shisha. Opened in 2000 and has a seating capacity of 240 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 250 in the Holiday Inn Hotel in Salmiya and 100 in Multaqa Al Shaab, next to Al Shaab Park along the Gulf Road.

Shabestan Iranian Restaurant
The taste and the atmosphere of authentic Persian hospitality. Opened in 2001 and has a seating capacity of 60 seats and 46 seats in Multaqa Al Shaab, next to Al Shaab Park along the Gulf Road.

Rib Eye Steak House Restaurant
The American Steak restaurant is designed in the fashion of a Country/Western mountain lodge. Opened in 2004 and has a seating capacity of 70 seats and 76 seats in Holiday Inn Hotel in Salmiya.

Fauchon Boutique and Salon De The
Fauchon offers the original Parisian breakfast, afternoon tea and the very best in pastries and variety of teas and coffees. Opened in 2004 and has a seating capacity of 65 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 54 in Laila Gallery Salmiya plus the Fauchon Boutique at Salhiya.

Viaggio Italian Restaurant
Authentic Italian Cuisine in the atmospheric surroundings of modern Italian décor with a hint of Florence. Opened in 2009 and has a seating capacity of 86.
