To give the best and most beneficial experience at the Laila Gallery Spa, we have designed various membership options that are tailored to meet our members’ specific needs.

We offer three levels of memberships - Diamond, Crystal, and Pure - each one exclusive in its own way.

•   Exclusive option to freeze the membership for up to one month

•   Free access to holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza Kuwait gym for one year
•   5 private personal training sessions in the gym for KD 60

Terms and Conditionsof the memberships

The terms and conditions of Laila Gallery Spa membership are subject to change at the discretion of the management without prior notice.

Laila Gallery Spa shall be governed by the terms and conditions in force which shall be binding to all members and guests.

1)   Operating Times
•   Seven days a week from 8:00 am. until 10:00 pm.
•   Times may vary in which case members will be notified in advance.

2)   Facilities
•   Frank Provost Hair Salon (open to members, their guests and non-members)
•   Thermes Marines de St Malo Spa (members only)
•   Heat facilities: Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi (members only)
•   Fitness Centre (members only)

4)   Applications
An application for membership must be made to Laila Gallery Spa with the appropriate form provided, which shall be completed and signed by the applicant and shall contain an understanding to be bound by the terms and conditions of Laila Gallery Spa, if accepted for membership.

The application form for membership with the appropriate direct debit mandate shall be submitted together with the remittance of the appropriate membership fee and any other document(s) the management may require. The management of Laila Gallery Spa shall have the absolute discretion in deciding whether or not to accept any application.

The full amount of membership fee is to be paid in order to activate membership; members shall be bound to pay any other services which are outside the range of their membership.

5)   Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are cash, credit card and standing orders only. No credit will be given to members at any time. Gratuities are not included with any of our Spa services and treatments.

6)   Membership Cancellation
Memberships can be cancelled for any reason within 15 days from payment. Cancellations have to be addressed to management in writing.

An administrational fee of KD 100 will be deducted from the refund for all types of memberships as well as full amount (list price) of treatments or services taken within the 15 days for Diamond and Crystal membership types. After the first 15 days, memberships cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred.

7)   Members of the SPA
Laila Gallery Spa offer the following levels of membership:
•   Diamond
•   Crystal
•   Pure.
The maximum number of members of Laila Gallery Spa at anytime in each of the categories listed above shall be determined by Laila Gallery Spa Management.

8)   Members’ restrictions
•   For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in Laila Gallery Spa.
•   The use of mobile phones is not permitted in quiet and wet areas and members are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones on silent mode at all times in all areas of Laila Gallery Spa.
•   The Pure Annual Membership can be frozen for a maximum period of 1 month upon the member’s request. It is the responsibility of the member to inform the Laila Gallery Spa Management of her wish to freeze her membership at least one month in advance in writing. Failure to do so will result in waiving the right of the member to freeze her membership. Annual Diamond and Crystal memberships cannot be frozen.

9) Admission to Laila Gallery Spa may be refused if a valid membership card is not presented at the reception desk at the time of entry to Laila Gallery Spa.

10) All membership types are strictly non-transferable.

11) If a membership card is lost or stolen, the member must notify the Laila Gallery Spa management immediately. Replacement cards will be charged to the member.

12) Members are not entitled to receive refunds or extensions for non-usage of services and/or facilities according to their membership type.

13) Laila Gallery Spa management may suspend, cancel or terminate the membership of any member whose actions are detrimental to staff, other members or guests.

14) Members acknowledge that any type of services, treatment and courses may involve risk of injury. Laila Gallery Spa Management recommends consulting a doctor prior to taking a membership.

By use of Laila Gallery Spa services and facilities, the member hereby voluntarily assumes risk of injury, accidents, death, loss, cost or damage to her property which might arise from the use of the services and facilities at Laila Gallery Spa.
By signing this document, the member further certifies that she is in good physical health and able to undertake and engage in any or all the activities and services in which she chooses to participate. Members understand that they will be asked to fill in and sign consultation cards prior to taking treatments and activities and the failure to do so can lead to denial of access or treatment.

15) Check-in
•   Every member, guest or visitor entering Laila Gallery Spa is required to check-in/check-out at the main Spa reception.
•   Guests are requested to check-in 15 minutes before treatment commences. Arriving late will possibly interfere with treatment time thereby rendering the treatment as less effective or therapeutic.
•   All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

16) Reservation
•   Members may make reservations up to three months in advance by telephone or in person during operation hours.
•   Members are also welcome to submit reservation requests by email with a minimum notice of three days, in which case an email confirmation will be sent by Laila Gallery Spa booking office within 24 hours.

17) Booking Cancellation
•   Cancellations will be accepted free of charge for up to 4 hours prior to appointment.
•   Cancellations less than 4 hrs before the appointment will be charged at 50%.
•   No shows will be charged at 100%.

Members may sign for fitness courses as soon as details are published. Courses will be charged at the time of booking. Charges are not refunded in part or in whole in the event of cancellation by the member. Should a course be cancelled by Laila Gallery Spa, a full refund will be made to the member.
